Identity is a complex and ever-evolving thing. It is made up of our values, beliefs, experiences, and relationships. It is who we are at our core.

Purpose is the reason we are here. It is what gives our lives meaning and direction. It is what drives us to do what we do.

Identity and purpose are inextricably linked. When we are living in alignment with our identity and purpose, we feel more fulfilled and satisfied with our lives. We are also more likely to be successful in our careers and relationships.

As an identity coach, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to explore and understand their identity and to discover their purpose and to live in alignment with it.

With individuals, I help them to:
  • Identify their core values and beliefs
  • Understand their strengths and weaknesses
  • Explore their passions and interests
  • Discover their purpose
  • Develop a plan to live in alignment with their identity and purpose.
With teams, I help them to:
  • Develop a shared sense of identity and purpose
  • Improve communication and collaboration
  • Build trust and rapport
  • Resolve conflict
  • Achieve their goals.
With organizations, I help them to:
  • Define their mission, vision, and values
  • Create a culture of purpose and engagement
  • Develop their leaders
  • Achieve their strategic goals.
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a purposeful and fulfilling life. It is my mission to joyfully inspire and empower people so that we can all shine, radiate our brilliance and do well and be well every day; to help people to discover their identity and purpose, and to live in alignment with it.

Here are some of the benefits of working with an identity coach:
  • Increased self-awareness: An identity coach can help you to better understand your strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. This increased self-awareness can lead to greater confidence and self-respect.
  • Improved decision-making: When you are more aware of your identity and purpose, you are better able to make decisions that are aligned with your values and goals. This can lead to greater satisfaction and success in your personal and professional life.
  • Enhanced relationships: When you are living in alignment with your identity and purpose, you are more likely to attract and maintain healthy relationships. This is because you are more authentic and genuine, and you are more likely to be surrounded by people who support and value you.
  • Greater fulfilment: When you are living in alignment with your identity and purpose, you are more likely to feel fulfilled and satisfied with your life. This is because you are doing things that are meaningful to you and that are aligned with your values.
If you are looking for purpose in your life, or if you want to help others to find their purpose, I encourage you to consider working with an identity coach. It can be a life-changing experience.
